Forget the hassle of setting up an Internet account when you move in to the property, and waiting three weeks for it to be connected. In all of our houses, super fast fibre broadband is up and running all year round from 1st of July .
Sky packages can be included
We offer this service to take the hassle out of paying your bills. For a fixed weekly amount to cover your bills, we will pay them for you. Just ask for details.
Prompt, professional and efficient service for our tenants
We are not an agency. We have NO AGENCY FEES OR HIDDEN CHARGES. You will be dealing directly with the landlord. We have a full-time maintenance manager and tenant manager to ensure that any issues will be dealt with as soon as possible – and correctly. We have been renting houses to students for over ten years and understand our tenants’ requirements thoroughly.
Holding Deposit
When you want to secure one of our houses, a holding deposit of £100 will secure that for you. You can then pay your remaining deposit when the next instalment of your student loan is due. Just ask for details.

Fully compliant to all fire, gas, health & safety and House of Multiple Occupation regulations
All houses include fire doors with door closers and smoke/fire strips, fire alarms, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and fire blankets in kitchens. We issue gas safety certificates annually and carry out annual electrical checks to comply with the law.
Pay rent per term
To help you budget and balance your finances, we offer a service whereby you can pay your rent termly when your student loan comes through in September, January and April. You will still need to pay your July half rent and your August rent on the 1st of the month. Just ask for details.
